Are you getting duplicate Journal and book-series alerts? - resolved

After the summer release some users have been receiving duplicate journal and book-series alerts (formerly known as volume-issue alerts). 

The issue is scheduled to be fixed on 19 October. We currently have turned off this alert service until the issue is resolved.

Please note that search alerts and topic alerts are working fine.
