ScienceDirect Corporate Edition

The Corporate Edition is a range of journals aimed at Corporate customers with at least 50 researchers. You can choose from the widest content coverage possible on ScienceDirect.

You pay an annual fee for electronic delivery of all Elsevier owned journal content, excluding Cell Press journals, third-party titles, transferred titles, titles prior to 1995, and a few society titles. We do not automatically own the electronic rights for such journals.

The price of pre-paid articles and pay-per-view access to articles outside your collection is dependent on the publisher's conditions, as most excluded titles are third-party titles.

How is pricing calculated?

The corporate pricing model is based on two factors:

• The number of researchers working within an organization (minimum of 50)
• Expected usage per researcher (number of downloaded articles per year)

Based on trends in usage every year and the number of researchers/users, the price level may be adjusted for the following year. Additional print is available at deeply discounted rates

Corporate Edition Backfiles

Access to Backfiles content, which includes issues from 1994 back to Volume 1, Issue 1 where available, is available alongside the Corporate Edition. The Corporate Edition Backfiles annual rolling pricing model is based on the fee paid for the Corporate Edition current package. Archival rights are not included.

Books On ScienceDirect Corporate Edition

Books On ScienceDirect Corporate Edition provides access to all online book content currently on ScienceDirect back to 1995 with the exception of the book series Methods in Enzymology and xPharm, which are available as a separate subscription. This includes access to over 9,500 books/volumes:

• All Major Reference Works including new works as they are released, excluding xPharm.
• All Online Book Series including new titles & volumes as they are released, & excluding Methods in Enyznmology
• All Handbooks Series including new titles as they are released

Access to all ebooks published since 1995 including new titles as they are released
